Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Refunds
All service sales are final. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know within 48 hours and we will address your concerns.
